I've been on cymbalta for about 2 years. I've never really liked it, but It's kept my panic attacks at bay. Then out of nowhere, I started having a panic attack here and there. I felt like it wasn't working so I talked w my doc. I've been on effexor in the past (150mg a day) and it worked (but weight gain and low libido I switched).

So my doc instructed to stop cymbalta 60mg and start effexor 75 mg. I was fine for 4 days so I disposed of my cymbalta...then on the 5th day I started to get dizzy, 6th day, I've been a TRAIN WRECK. Panic after Panic, crying, weezy... What do I do. I haven't felt like this in 6 years. I'm a mess.

I have two small children and work a stressful job.
