so tommorow i have an appointment with psychiatrist to discuss SSRI treatments since i denied them before nad i will now try them. However its hard to step into the car and goto the doctors office now. since i haven't been in a car for couple weeks and have anxiety really high. im getting a ride there but riding in the passenger seat is really hard too. My alprazolam (.25MG) is loosing its effect so idon'tknow what i should to be calm and goto the doctors. Its about 6 or 7 miles away, it may seem short but it will take long for me. would it be a good idea to maybe take 2 tablets of alprazolam? or no? and also i talked with my psychiatrist if i can talk on the phone instead of coming in but he said he i have to come in since the appointment is meant to come in, not for phone. so im out of luck. any advice?

Take 2 tabs, 3 if you have to, but get to the appointment. You'll make it. Take care...Ed
