When I first started Zoloft I also had horrible stomach pains, headaches, brain "zings". I felt sick all the time and didn't know how I was going to be able to stay on it. It does go away though. It took about 7 or 8 weeks for my body to become used to it and now it doesn't feel like I am medicated at all. Maybe just give it some time and see if your body adjusts to it.

it happened to me for a couple days. Both now and when I used it years ago.It will fade over time. This time it's only week 2 and I don't get them anymore.

Nausea and stomach pains are relatively common side effects of starting or changing SSRIs, in my experience. In time, that should diminish and eventually disappear.
