Ativan problem? 13 Years, 8 Months ago

I've been on Ativan since February. For the past 2 weeks or so 3-4 times after I took my ativan, 20 minutes later I had a panic attack. I wasn't having attacks for awhile. Could this be related? I'm confused!

It could be a new trigger for you. There is no rhyme or reason for many of the panic attacks. Sometimes you can just look a picture and it sets one off which then becomes a new trigger. Maybe try taking an Ativan during an attack or just before you know one is coming on. The Ativan ans xanax are the strongest and they should have a calming effect. You may have to change meds.
