Wellbutrin and SSRI's for sexual side effects 13 Years, 10 Months ago
Has anyone had a successful experience combining Wellbutrin or Buspar with your SSRI to help combat the sexual side effects?

My doctor is giving me wellbutrin in combination with paxil and I will let you know how it does. she says it might clear my head a bit, make me less apathetic and more motivated, as well as help with the sexual side effects. Oh and she says I might lose some weight on it too. I need to lose about 10 lbs, so that would be nice

I am on citalopram (celexa) and it has def affected my sexual drive. I told my pshy about two months ago and lowered the dose from 20 to 10. I started having panic attacks again a little over a month ago so he upped it back to 20 last week. He thinks that is why i started with the pa again. i don't know it may be or it may not be. So now i gotta find a way to you know lol feel it again lol. A friend told me my psychiatrist can prescribe something else for me. so i'll be asking him in october when i see him.

Anyone else on citalopram has had the same prob?
