Okay, so the worksheet are definitely helping! I'm using alot of irrational thing just prior to my attacks and I'm finally getting it. and this is just the first 24 hours of work!

I've done 5 already :) wish me luck!

Whenever you find something that works for you, then it works. Maybe not someone else, but we all different ways of relieving our anxiety disorder in only ways that work for us. Always keep an open mind to any suggestion you get or blog you read. Try different things. Meds are what turned me around and if they don't in the future, I just have to find something else. I always work with my Doctor and never try to go this alone. Take care and keep going.....Ed
