Tracking The Panics

So, I have found out a few new things about my panics only because it was suggested me to keep a tracking log of the times, triggers, etc. that happen around my panics.

Anyway, I found these interesting things:

  • I have 3 "Hot Zone" times of day, where I am more prone to panics. They are anytime between 1pm-3pm; 7pm-9pm; or 12am-2am.
  • My triggers are mainly: fear of potential heartattack,  fear of going blind because of my eye disease & fear of going into child labor in about 4 months from now.
  • My panics are more intense the day after a full day of GAD without panics.

Does your doctor know you are worried about labor?
You can get an epidural to help with the pain.

It's awesome that you're keeping your daily journal so you can discuss with Dr. what you've recorded including your fears. It'll help in your progress when you're aware of your susceptibilities.

I pray that you'll find some relief from your fears so you can calmly look forward to childbirth filled with joy. I also hope your therapy sessions will bring you some peace. I will keep you in my prayers . . . hugs
