Post Anxiety Songs

Lets get a little forum going where we post up songs that you feel you can relate strongly too.  Everyone's got different battles we're fighting.  I think it could be fun, and could maybe be a better way to express how we're feeling.  Also it'll help me personally realize that I'm not the only person reading way too much into music lol.

Tantric - "Breakdown" (really feel like this one sums how I feel)

 Shinedown - "I dare you"

                              "If you only knew"

Smile Empty Soul - "Bottom of a bottle"

                                         "Nowhere kids"

Fuel - "Wasted time"

Linken Park - "Crawling"

Papa Roach - "Scars"

Seether - "Breakdown"

Theory of a deadman - "Hate my life"

Breaking Benjamin - "Hopeless"

Evanescence - "Bring me to life"

Thats a pretty solid list for now :)

I'll have to try to cut my list down to a few favorites. Listening to music is my way of relaxing, and since I have 30 years on you, my list is huge. Everything from old time rock n' roll, to classical, to hymns & old standards, jazz, Broadway, pop & even some rap & country. I know you'll find we aren't the only ones that see ourselves in music...........

Lyrics can be pretty intense...I often find myself asking people about lyrics of a song, and they are like, I don't know I just listen to the beat....well they are missing the art of music. The one song that I keep in mind is by Fergie, "Big Girls Don't Cry". This song was popular when I was going through some very trying times in my life, and still today to hear it makes me remember! Matchbox 20 had one out at about the same time...can't remember the name now, but something about, "I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell...", another great one!
