Ugh I've been so annoyed with these daily panic attacks! They are SO bad!!! I hate leaving the house but I needed to get out before I went crazy. I did the only thing that I can handle without too much anxiety and went fishing with my husband while my mom watched Nathan. I started a vlog on youtube. I don't know if anyone would be interested in it but here is the link to it:

Nathan will be 5 months on the 24th! Getting bigger and bigger!! I keep telling him to slow down! Where did my little baby go?! He doesn't even like being held like a baby, always wanted to sit or stand.
Here's my, of course, picture of my little babe.
Then I did something crazy and dyed my hair, pink black and blonde. It only lasts a couple months...the pink. So this is the outcome:

Then finally here's my family picture I took when we went on a picnic:

Have a great day everyone <3

... Hey MissJennifers, I really love the pics. Sooo cute! I can really relate with these daily panic attacks you speak of. I hate them with a passion too! I am learning small coping skills here & there from people on here as well as my current therapist. Like...letting the panic wash over me, feeling it to it's fullest without trying to fight it. Also, my therapist suggested I tap lightly certain pressure points when panicing on & around the head area: middle of crown, inbetween my brows, temples, under eyes, under nose, on chin & lastly points on sides of the breast bone. I am also taking Zoloft right now & it's helping some. It's narrowed the number of times my panics happen in a day, which is nice beacause now I can start to be more productive. Anway, I am going to check out your vids. Thanks for the link :) |

... Nice pictures. I know what your going through with those panic attacks. I've been having them for over years now and I'm taking Paxil for them. But I still get them. They had to up my pills to 30 mg. plus I'm a person that worries a lot too. Do you have any techniques that can help? |

... Hello MissJennifers! It's so inspiring to see someone take a stand against their panic. But I also agree with Shannon, sometimes the best thing to do is just let the panic ride out. Let it completely take you. I hope things get better for you. I like the pink/black/blonde hair, not everyone can pull that off, but you do :). And I LOVE the pictures. You have a beautiful family!! Take care. Best of luck to you! |
