Hey everyone! For those of you that know me I am so excited to be here and making a post! I tried to make a blog, however I see that they are down at this time. Either way I would like to share with all of you how much being active and working out daily has changed my life, and my anxiety levels. I know we all hear how important it is to be active but I can't tell you just HOW TRUE it is...I am on a mission: and that mission is Lifestyle Changes! I have been on my journey since July of THIS year and have already come SO far! I have already inspired a lot of people and that motivated me to make my own coaching website! In just 2 months I lost 15 lbs and 25 FLIPPING INCHES! I FEEL amazing, I sleep better, I have more energy, and my anxiety levels are DOWN! I just started on my journey to help others while I work on becoming the best "me" I can be. I would love if any of you would "like" my fitness coaching page and also share my link. I am looking to build and grow my audience. I want to help others!
