was wondering if anyone ever chats in the chat rooms? I would like to chat with people that are going thru the same thing as i am but seems noones ever in the rooms..I have depression and am new to the whole panic/anxiety attacks. I have alot of questions and would like to hear from others some coping skills and what has and hasnt worked for them...let me kno if anyone would like to set up a time...ty

Hi, I was also in the chat room trying to chat as well. I have been suffering from anxiety since loosing someone very close to me and had high and low points so maybe we could help each other. Let me know if you would like to chat at some point
