Okay, now I see where to start. I feel a lot better about it now. Thanks for all your help. From what I can tell, there are several people who are going through experiences I've had for years, and my heart goes out to them. I'd like to hold some hands (as it were). No, it's not ever all "gone away" but I'm living with it (well, it and the little pink pill). thom

thom, I think maybe I confused you a little bit about this forum. This forum is for finding people to chat with and posting times you think you'll be online to chat. I would also include your time zone. Read the notes at the top and it will help to inform you a little better and read some of my past examples. Hope that clears some stuff up for you
