I realli dnt av panic attacks again,bt I stil feel d symptoms,tinglin,numbness,heart poundin,heart palpitations,hot n cold flush,aches n I also feel ds dissociation,is ds normal?n does anyone feel ds too?

i feel it every single day. it is normal, our brains will snap out of it at some point its just a waiing game mines only just come on abut a month ago, i had it at 15 and it went on its own so i know it will go on its own again xx
