Hey everyone, new here. This might already have been talked about many times in other places but...I thought it would be helpful to have a place where people can list specific ways of coping with panic attacks/depression that have worked for them.

I've tried the whole therapy thing but my therapists like to have me talk and answer questions rather than giving me ways to handle my anxiety.

What are ways you handle anxiety and depression when it starts to feel like it's revving up?

For my tip I find that deep breathing really helps. I breath in through my nose and out through my mouth and focus all of my thoughts on the air breathing in and out. It calls me down.
