Glad you're here! Yes, me too. All those things. And I"m very healthy and it took a while for me to believe it!
I found massage therapy very helpful in getting me to relax my muscles, and help me put some of these fears to rest.
I also paid a lot of attention to my nutrition and exercise.
These things really helped me have fewer symptoms, and gave me something constructive to do! You may want to try one of the many good Anxiety Workbooks. I liked the one by Dr. Ed Bourne the best.
