Congratulations on reaching your goals! I always pray before I have to speak in front of a group and it really helps. It gets the focus off of my ability and puts it on God's will for me. I know that whatever happens, He's got me covered. It helps to relax me, and when your muscles are relaxed, you can't be anxious.

I am back from the conference I have to say things went very well. It was exhausting standing there ready for action for 2 hours but I did it! I actually was able to answer all questions that got thrown at me and made some good contacts.
Now I just need to get by this next month with a few more hurdles\ :sick:

Kitty28 - I am glad things went well for you. Most people don't like speaking in front of others. My husband does it for a living and I can't for the life of me figure out how he does it. He says that he still gets nervous every time before he gets out there, but that the more nervous he is, the better he does.
