I'm interested process of coping with all the anxieties gad, social anxiety. I name it. I've lost 2 jobs and petrified of interviews or any interaction. I wasn't like this at all before but vow to return to the person I was. I know I will always have this anxiety but at least way more manageable where I can live my life. For those that have a job. Be grateful.
Earlier on I found a video link that I found to be quite helpful. It's from a guy from Belgium named geert. His videos are down to earth. It hasn't really worked for me yet. But I just started. his method is pretty much saying to yourself... Watever happens... It's okay.
