Panic attack can be handled through self control. It is not impossible. What you believe, what your brain tells you if it is good then go for it. Be initiative to take the step for improvement. Be happy on what you do. Find activities where you could be happy. Go out and take fresh air. This will help you. Physically oxygen is a food for the body. And emotionally oxygen relieves the stress. It gives a comforting feeling. It set the feelings into good mood. Have a deep, slow breathe. This will ease the breathing problem when you have panic attack. practice this since when you are in panic attack you cannot focus to breathe well. Have enough sleep. This will relax the brain. It will energize the brain.
