You must understand what panic attack is. And you must find its cause so you can treat it better by fixing the target cause. You must believe in yourself that you can control your emotions. Release the anxiety in you. Let it flow. Anxiety will get bored by itself and it will let go. So act normally. Live like you don't have the sickness. It is a great remedy for panic attack. Because what contributes to the occurrence of the sickness is your conviction that you cannot live right that panic attack will bother you. You must change your belief about yourself.
