I asked a question that I'm now supremely embarrassed about... I edited it to be blank, but does anyone know if it's possible to delete the thread itself? I can't seem to figure out how. :/

I don't know if the thread can be deleted.
You asked human question. We are all humans. Your thread might help someone with the same level of embarrassment to ask it: but they will have answer before even asking. I am glad you found the answer to your worry: that what we eat effects our digestion and the finalization of it.

I can do that for you - you can just send me a PM or a request here in Testing and I can delete threads from Forums, and also Blog Posts.
