• flossy : I know what you mean, for a long time I was really worried about going to cinemas because I had a massive panic attack once and the person I went with wasn't very understanding about my reason for leaving the film. I've since had various failed attempts at seeing a movie but only in the last year or two have I been able to sit through a full length film without having an attack. I think it is something that can be worked on with patience and understanding for yourself.
