You sure that ex wasn't dewormiferied? You would know if you had a bad trip..

Sounds like you need a hiatus, you(r/ were) in a vicious cycle of stressing yourself out about you being stressed. ALOT of people do it. I think you should try chillin and remembering that the meaning to life is what you make it, if you die then you die if not then you don't. I used to be suicidal and now I value my life.

The pain sounds to be caused from stress, I've been there, just relax. It might take a while but the chiller you are the easier life is, depending on your goal and blah blah blah you get the point. - Jakeroo94

I'm sorry you're going through this Bunny. But rest assured you aren't the only one. I constantly think I'm dying too! It's so silly. It's like logically I know I'm ok but that same part of my brain will not except that and I find myself sitting in ER. Once I'm told I'm perfectly fine, the symptoms mysteriously go away. But only until the next problem occurs! It's an on going battle for sure. My first PA happened when I was 22 after smoking a joint and they never went away. I'm now 36. I don't know if that is what caused it or if it was going to happen anyway (my mom was agoraphobic) and they say its hereditary, so I don't know the answer to that. I think maybe it just brings it on because most drugs raise your heart rate and make you a little paranoid. I've of course stopped smoking! lol Just know you aren't alone with the whole OMG I'M GONNA DIE thing! My doctor told me yesterday I just need to take control of me! Get a physical, make sure everything is ok. It will give you less to worry about. I've had my heart checked, a brain scan, blood work, neuro exam..and know I know all those things are ok and I don't trip on them anymore. But I've moved on to my neck lol.. so crazy. I guess once I rule everything out, there won't be anything else I can obsess about. Best of luck to you and big hugs!

Funny thing, Bunny...a friend of mine just told me the other day that he had panic attacks from smoking pot. He said he had had two panic attacks...after smoking pot on two different occasions! That's kinda weird you should bring up having panic attacks after taking E! Twice in one week I've heard similar stories...

I'm not familiar with the side effects of Ecstasy but some of what you've described may be just that and will wear off sooner rather than later. BUT...what you've described can also be caused by anxiety. Its the adrenalin that comes with anxiety that causes the palpitations (racing heart), hyperventilation, chest pains, pains in the upper body (especially the limbs), delusions as well as totally irrational thinking and thoughts (racing thoughts that just won't stop).

You might want to go to a doctor you feel you can trust rather than a family member (who might not understand about the E...lol). Tell them what's going on and don't forget to tell them about taking the Ecstasy. At the same time, be sure you reassure then you're NEVER gonna try E again...lol. The doctor will need to know everything in order to make a correct diagnosis and prescribe proper medicine to help control your symptoms. Only a trained medical professional will be able to distinguish between what is left-over Ecstasy and what is anxiety. But if memory serves...I think I heard or read somewhere that Ecstasy only stays in the body less than a full day but that's just what I think I read or heard. Best to let a trained medical person check you over to be on the safe side.

Good luck and NO MORE ECSTASY...lol
