Thanks guys. I appreciate the kind words and advice.
I dont really feel that I can tell my boss what I go through just because I just started working there and I dont want them to think that I cant do my job. Plus Im embarrassed :(
Today I had a better day, I went to a job interview for a small part time job just to make some extra cash, as I was in the interview I was feeling anxious but I stuck it out. I was proud of myself although it only lasted about 10 or 15 minutes and it was just myself and the manager there.
I think that since I started to wean off my zoloft I am getting more anxiety outside my house. When I'm home I am fine it's just when I have to be around other people that I feel bad.
However I am determined to get off zoloft for good so I am going to stick it out.
I carry my xanax as a safety net but I dont take them. sigh

Well I hope you all had a good day. Thanks again for caring. - just mel

I'm sorry you had a not-so-good day. Sounds like your weaning off of Zoloft is going well. Have you asked your Dr. why Xanax was prescribed instead of Klonopin? Read up on both and see what pros and cons there are. Discuss with your Dr. your concerns in taking your new meds. There may be other options available. I hope you have a better day tomorrow :) . . . hugs - tsuki

Years ago, I was you. My method of getting out of
meetings was the fake coughing attack (no cell phones,
then ;). Finally, I told my boss. She was more
supportive than I expected. Can you tell her that
you feel closed in in meetings and need to sit by the
door in case you need to take a break? Being under-
cover has usually led to my undoing, but being forth-right
has helped more than I expected. Is your boss safe? - Loves October
