Thank you all so much for you beautiful comments!

Mama and Honeface, you know how much strength, care and above all support we are trying to put into this struggle for better life every day, I just needed to do something so that that hope gets heard as well :) Thank you for you kind words about my writing talent and thank you above all for helping me and giving me hope every day :) you are amazing too! :)

George, thank you very much for all you special words and your great support, yes hope is everything and we need to believe :) if you believe in yourself and your friends believe in you, everything is possible :)

Fablegirl, I am SO HAPPY if I managed to help you in ANY way and make your day! Yes, all I wrote came directly from the heart, it's filled with emotions and I strongly believe in what I wrote, that things can be better. We CAN choose happiness and peace and whenever I find something inspiring, I'll write about it don't worry :) Take care of yourself all right, but never give up hope, never! Move and do things in spite of everything!

Ceejay, thank you as well for believing I have a writing talent - I really haven't written much in my life and these blogs are among longest things I've ever written in English, so I think some people certainly do it better than me.. it was just about strong need to uplift people here and and give them hope that panic is something they can overcome with time, right therapy and belief in themselves. I wanted to give them strength and energy to fight and show them that they can do it. I am most certainly very sorry that in some cases PD must be dealt with for decades, but even in that case, you and everybody else should put good things you do and like and people you love before problems with panic. Life in at least some of its aspects is always GOOD, for everybody, and there is always reason to smile. I just wanted to instill more positivity and realistic approach to this problem in here - it is not that much about how well somebody writes, but how much we all believe in better days. I definitely have compassion for everybody's suffering and wish all the best to all people here!
YOU CAN DO IT!!! - mel

Very beautifully written.

Whatever it is that inspired you to write this, even if it is something that you think is "wrong" it needed to be put out there if for no other reason than to connect you with this amazing, articulate writer within yourself.

Those of us who have been dealing with Panic and Anxiety Disorders for decades tend to develop metaphors for describing it because there have been so many people in our lives who have not understood a think about our experiences.

Not all of us are as talented in writing it out and communicating it as you are! - ceejay

MEL: Thank you for that INSPIRING piece of writing
which obviously was from your HEART...I could feel
the words as I read them..I have been working on
getting rid of self pity, believe it or not...And
today was a day where I was having a pity party..
But you know what, you KICKED MY BUTT and my SELF PITY
just when I needed it...Oh how I wish we had a place\
on this site filled with words like yours...I like
the idea of being able to choose HAPPINESS and PEACE
...Lots of love to you, please write more stuff like
this...Fablegirl - fablegirl
