I think Irish knows about it and how it works - of course all our bodies are different - so we have to be careful about giving any advice on how it will feel for you. I was taking clonazapam and it helped a lot. My new doctor changed me to xanax which she said will last longer. I liked the clonazapam because it seemed to work faster, but xanax does seem to last longer. Anything that helps keep me calm is okay with me.
