Well I am also new to this site. Everyone is so great and really helpful. I\'ve suffered from panic attacks for 5 years and it feels like forever. I remeber a time while I was at work one day it was really crowded and so many people were coming up to me asking for my help; then it happened, \"panic attack\". But I am on paxil also and that has helped me alot, Thank God.
