It is amazing how often we believe that optimism is naive! I work in a mentoring program too, and I am always challenging the women I work with to risk the belief that it is going to work out!
Take the risk to NOT worry! Take the risk to BE positive!
Let the rule of self-fulfilling prophecy work, just do it by self-fulfilling the POSITIVE thoughts!!
Your plan sounds great - be aware of old patterns, but be FOCUSED on new ones!!!
