Scooby - you are so awesome!!

I love how you are always able to come back around to finding the good in people, and in finding the silver lining in any cloud! You are truly an optimistic and upbeat person!

I'm glad you're having a break - and it seems like you've realy thrown yourself into the at-home mom stuff! Good for you! How was your trip interstate? Seeing your gran?

We have these restaurants in our town (they're a "new" thing to us because we're so darn backward) that are just open for breakfast and lunch. What about if you got a job at one of those - doing waitressing, and getting tips -- and yet you'd be done by 2 pm each day.

I am not saying waitressing is no stress, but it is that good kind of physical stress that actually helps us get tired and you'd still get to meet people and be around nice folks. The money is probably okay -- I know it's not perfect, but it may be worth doing on a temporary basis.

At any rate, I'm SURE you'll figure out what the next right thing is! You're terrific that way! I love following your journey and sharing it with you - you're a dear friend!

Thinking of you!! Hugs,

  • rippelk2 : have a wonderful night, nice talking with you :)
  • rippelk2 : anxiety my whole life, but panic started when i was 19 and now I am 22...It was quite the rollercoaster for me..still is a lot of the time
  • rippelk2 : have a good night, and yes I have dealt with anxiety and panic for about 3 years now
  • thomwest263 : What a great site - thanks for the company. I've got to take my dog out - she just asked politely and I can't refuse. See you tomorrow. Enjoy the evening.
  • thomwest263 : You are certainly caring and "there". Have you had anxiety problems? For years I thought everyone lived like that. Clam that I am.
  • thomwest263 : The odd part is that most of the time I enjoy it.
  • thomwest263 : I've had this problem for years. 40 at least, and it's become a way of life which I'm certainly not enjoying. Much if it, along with the anxiety, is dependency on others. So when they're "gone", there I am. As the song goes, "Alone again, Naturally".
  • rippelk2 : since when?
  • rippelk2 : it is okay
  • thomwest263 : Sorry, meant to say I get out so seldom, not often. I never get out socially.
