Thank you for sharing your story. It's great to hear from someone who has made it through.

You are right that we have to conquer the panic then be brave enough to face the demons that caused it. I hope your devil never returns.

thomwest263 : The odd part is that most of the time I enjoy it.
thomwest263 : I've had this problem for years. 40 at least, and it's become a way of life which I'm certainly not enjoying. Much if it, along with the anxiety, is dependency on others. So when they're "gone", there I am. As the song goes, "Alone again, Naturally".
