Anxiety's been kinda rough with the days getting shorter and the clock back n hour. Seems like I struggle from about 5pm til the time the sun comes up. Hopefully soon my body will adjust to my regular panic state instead of the full blown one I'm in now.
Writting a paper for my psych class, figured the topic I'd do best on would be panic/ anxiety disorders. I can't interview myself but if anyone wants to share anything with me about when your anxiety gets worse, how you were before/after and treatments, what triggers you or what your symptoms are it would be greatly appreicated, so I have some more personal expriences to base off then my own,
