Strange enough, I hardly have panic attacks already.
So it is true, it is all in the belief system which I thought and wrote some time ago in my Panic Attack research blog.

Acupressure is also a good way to help cope anxiety and panic-attacks!  That's what I found out after applying certain pressure at certain points.
