... So glad to hear that you are doing better! Now the most important part, remember days like today where you are feeling better and are motivated and those days where you feel it slipping away, remember how you felt on these days and don't allow it to get you down. Change your thought patterns back to the way you were feeling on this day. Even writing to yourself in a journal about how you feel and all you want to do and how motivated you are now. Even talk to yourself in a letter and tell yourself to get the F*cck back up and keep on doing what your doing. I've done that before for myself. Keep on this track! :) p.s. GO GET YOUR MAN BACK! :p |
