Ashley is situated in PA. My mom is temporarily living with my sister to be there for Ashley. Ashley is having a great time with her two little cousins and will start to PreSchool with the 4-year old cousin next week. I have had to buy my mom an inexpensive car to go to and from school while she is staying with Ashley (45 minutes away from her school at Penn State).
I miss her alot......but know that this is what has to be done. I am going for a visit on Sept 18th to see her. I plan to go every month until our house sells here in PA and I can move back.
My husband is not handling things well. He has been to the ER again and has taken a 2 week leave form work to attend a program his psychiatrist wants him to attend. I am trying to work out positive solutions for him to have the maximum time with Ashley. He seems to be receptive to that but needs to get over the "barriers" in his mind about how everything is too hard to do or unobtainable. I feel bad for him but I am letting him be an adult and deal with his issues. I listen to him but am not getting too wrapped up in it.
I am working out everyday...taking advantage of some free time!! I am having some anxiety at times but overall not too bad. Thanks to all of you here who have helped me along this far!!!! lamy
