I swear that I get all stressed out before vacation to the point where I do not relax at all.  I came back with tension headaches and shoulder pain from constanting being tightly wound.  Why can' tI relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  I was in a great resort with my wife and family and worried about work, sleep, money.  Yet - work is fine, sleep like a rock and have been making great money.  All unwarranted concerns.  I swear I am a freak.
