I have panic disorder for 12-years; I got it when I was just 7-years old, oblivious to it. I used to call it "Scared-habit" or some stupid names on it. Could you imagine? I was suffering without any knowledge on it. Everyday I fear leaving the house or even go to school because I scared that feeling might come. Amazingly, I forced myself to do it. 9 years later, when I was 16-years old, I found out about it. I seek Psychologist and Psychiatrist help on it. Well, I used to find this personal but I don't anymore. Why? Because my condition has improved and I think I found the answer or solution to end it. It all happened few days back (last friday, to be exact) when I was taking the public transport. I got the symptoms and an impending attack was coming. I did something and realised it worked! I did it somemore and out of a sudden, that feeling is gone. I was stunned and was in disbelief about it. But of course, I need to try it again and if it really works, I might post it on that research blog of mine to help others.
