... :sigh Im so sorry! Do you have anything that you do for yourself on his birthday? Any rituals? Maybe it would help to say a little prayer or just wish him a happy birthday. Know what I mean? Something to help you feel better. He knows how much you love him! ~cyberhug~ Stay strong! |

... Of course you are still upset, don't be ashamed of that. What happened is a tragedy. His spirit will always live on though. Losing a child is one of the hardest things any parent can go through. It isn't supposed to ever happen that way. A parent shouldn't ever have to lose a child. God bless your heart. And just think, he is your angel now. My mother died when I was 13 months old. I believe she is my guardian angel and I pray to her. Happiness can still be found. ((hugggsss)) |

... I'm sorry you lost your son Kelsey. It's only natural that you hurt. What is good is that you still remember him and can talk about him. Thank you for sharing his birthday with us. (((hugs))) |

... Kelsey, My daughter's birthday was March 20th. She would have been 9 years old. She lived for 6 months, and I still miss her everyday. I have noticed that each year is different...is it that way for you? Some years are low key, some are celebrations of her life, and some are gut-wrenching. Be sad. Look at pictures. Buy some preemie clothing and take it to a local NICU, as a present for another family. Celebrate his memory! |
