I am deeply depressed and wish my life would end. I am sick and tired of living in fear. Every day I am afraid. I have asked doctors for help but they tell me I have to help myself. Help myself? Am I the one causing this? My mind is my worst enemy.

... You will get through this. What kind of doctors have you been talking to? Do you have a therapist? Are you on any meds? Is there a crisis hotline you can call? Your mind may be your worst enemy, but it is also your greatest ally. |
