Things have been super crazy.

The beginning of the month my dad had surgery to remove a tumor in his prostate - they live in CA and I am in NC, so I wasn't able to help.  The same day, my grandpa was admitted to the hospital.

Dad is doing very well and the biopsy came back with the best news, the cancer has not spread, so no chemo, no radtiation.

Grandpa never got any better, was home for a while, then passed away on Saturday morning.

We were away at a retreat, so I had to coordinate everything from a hotel room.

We fly out  Tuesday, the kids will miss 4 days of school.

I have so much to do before we fly out.
