After recovering from a massive panic blow out Nov 2007, I decided that some of my work practices needed to change upon my return. I certainly needed to learn to be more assertive and confident.

Whilst out book buying for work, I stumbled across this title:

This is one of the best books I've ever read, the kind you'd pack if you were being sent to set up a new civilisation on Mars. It is very easy to read and has a list of 99 mistakes women make, examples and strategies of how to fix these, plus lots of other coaching ideas.

This book is a must for any woman - whether you work or not. It gives practical, simple strategies to empower you as a person in any situation or lifestyle.

 Amazing now how at work I hear phrases coming out of my mouth - straight from the book - without batting an eye lid! This week I had a nasty situation flare up with a new executive and I handled it without a flutter - all thanks to the book!
