I was scared and I reached out. Many of you answered me. I am truly surprised and overwhelmed by your kindness and support. Thank you. My head is very full of thoughts at the moment. Hopefully I can unscramble some of them with my therapist tomorrow. To those of you who have pm'd - thank you. I have never had friends like this before. I will reply as soon as I can make sense.
This blog is to let you know that I'm not going back. I've just taken a few huge steps out of the house and away from the agrophobia. The next may be smaller - but I'm still stepping out.
