Well last night I went to cirque du soiel and I can not believe I had not one panic attack. I am so proud of myself. Not having any panic attacks definetly boosted my confidence level. But of course most of the night I was scared of having one but thats usual for me. Always scared of having one. I was even stuck in traffic for amost an hour and nope no panic attacks.
