Hey everyone !! My name is Christine and I am new to this site...I have read so many stories and I cant explain the relief I felt when i seen how many people feel the same way I do...I feel that panic attacks control my life. I cant do anything without worrying if I am going to get a panic attack or not

Hi! We all have a long way ahead. Some people live with this for more than 30 years. Some survive, some are still suffering; some risk to look for a cure, some embrace the suffering; some have support from their family and loved ones, some are misunderstood. I been there... Worrying if I'm gonna have the attack or when will it happen. Just the thought means you are already having the attack. Feel free to PM me if you want to know anything. Life is so beautiful...
