Is it just me, or does it feel good to pour your heart out to a complete stranger? At times, I have felt my absolute best after talking to a complete stranger about my feelings. They listen to me, I listen to them. Sometimes after listening to them, you think "gee, I thought MY life sucked", lol, and it is enough to give you a little kick in the pants. Ya know, things "could" be worse! I guess its all about abundance and being thankful for every little thing you do have in your life. Its the little things that make me the happiest. A childs art work, makes me so happy. Hearing that first sqwack of a seagull in the spring makes me happy. And its not just a smile, I can physically feel the warmth and happiness.

Having support groups like this is so great because there is no judgement. We all have felt the same one way or another and are here to "understand" each other. Im here because my family and friends don't understand and think I should just be able to "snap out if it". If they only knew! I just want to thank you all for your support and kind words. It really does make my day!! Hugs to all and best of health!!

It is great to be able to come here and learn from others and give and receive support. There are so many wonderul people in the world and this is just another avenue to meet them!!! Thanks for the post. lamy
