Thinking back, I have been suffering from anxiety most of my life. I am 33 years old and still suffering. It has been really bad for the past 10 years. 10 years! I've missed SO much living because of fear of dying. Im tired, VERY tired and have had enough! This is my first entry to a new beginning in life. All of my fears, regrets, pain, guilt and negativity will be set free; far into cyber space, so I can FINALLY move on with my life. Start living again. Break free from this demon that has taken over me; anxiety. I look forward to reading your stories and sharing mine.

Faith, I have also think that I am dieing all the time... I don't know what to do anymore, I am so tired and had enough myself.... I just started taking some meds but I have to wait for them to kick in... do you have any advice for me? would you like to talk about it with me? share our stories?
