Yep, it has been four months since my husband left for Iraq.  I haven't gone crazy (yet).  I have made huge strides (with the help of meds and sheer necessity), been shopping,  flew  across the country, asked for help.

I am still not 100%, or at least where I want to be.  I still think about PAs a lot.  I still worry when I am out that something is going to happen.  Aches, pains and random sensations still get my attention.  But I am getting there....

4 months....11 to go.  Still seems like a very long time.  Maybe once we get to single digits it will sound better.  February will come and go quickly, then March will be 6 months, and planning for Easter.  Hopefully sometime in April, he will come home for 18 days of R&R.  It will be hard after he leaves, but end of school year stuff will start up, and that time always flies.  When school gets out it will be 8 1/2 months.  Summer will be filled up with swimming and camps.  By the time school starts, it will be 11 months.  Then the countdown can begin.  Halloween, Thanksgiving, and hopefully home by Christmas.

Still a long time to go...but we will make it.
