I poked around on the computer today and come across some stuff that I wish I wouldn’t have. But it is my own fault. If I didn’t want to find anything I guess I shouldn’t have looked. Stupid me. What a way to ruin a good mood. Now I feel rejected and disposed of all over again. Wonderful.

Hi Kellybeth!
I had some stuff post divorce that wasn't nice but I wasn't ready to dispose of.

I printed it off and gathered letters and gave it all to my sister so I wouldn't have to have that negative stuff in the house. (And I wouldn't be tempted to read it and be dragged back down into a murky rut.)

It took me 2 years to be able to let it go and burn the lot. What a wonderful feeling that night was at my sister's out back with a glass of red! - a huge load off my shoulders and very cleansing!

You are special. Don't let anyone let you believe otherwise!
