My therapist and I joke about my bubble of safety - where I feel I can go safely by myself.  Target and Kohls, my 2 favorite stores are just beyond my bubble.  I have gone with friends (them driving and me driving), but not by myself.

I did it today - drove to Target.  My car was in the shop, and a friend drove me to the dealership.  I could turn right and go home, or left to Target.  The traffic was totally clear...like the universe wanted me to go to Target!  I turned left. 

My mind was racing, but I made it there.  I walked in, telling myself that I was just looking...didn't even get a cart.  I walked around the whole store.  Even picked up a few things that I didn't need, but couldn't live without.

 I ate some Peeps in celebration as I drove home.

Now I want to plan my next outing!

Your too much!!! Good job. So now next time when you want to go shopping just think about the nice trip you had this time. Next time maybe you can go to Kohls as well. I LOVE Kohls. My favorite store ever!! I'm planning a trip today as a matter of fact.
