Hello again... 
I am not having my panic attack for almost 1 1/2 years now but I still have a medicine just in case.
It's much better to have a meds than to panic without it.
Don't worry. Get use to it and you'll see... You will start to adjust yourself and get use to be on a large crowd.
I work in a remote area and I always have one tablet for my attack, just in case. I am not crazy to have an attack without a medicine. Although it never occurred. I mean, it's much safer and secured to know that you have the meds than to have an attack and worrying where to get your medicine at the same time.
