Grangy - I read your story and feel like I could have written this myself. You sound like you are working your way through, which I know is a tough thing to do. My feeling is that with God's help we can do anything. It's trusting in Him to get you through. I hope for you as I do for all of us who suffer with anxiety/panic, that you will continue to find peace and strength. Thank you for your story.
