hi ,i am new.i have had panic disorder for 15 yrs now ,with agoraphobia.needless to say at 49 i dont have a friend to my name.im on meds now that seem to be working ,but now I dont know how to start over.or even how to make a friend.ive been on my disability for 15 yrs. any advise.the last time I was out it was in the 80's.44544
